Papa John's Pizza at 3319 Palmer Highway, Texas City

Ordered pizza last night for delivery. Took one hour to be delivered. We ask for well done, it was not and it was COLD. It tasted like a cheap card board boxed pizza! I called and spoke with the manager, her reply was she could have another pizza delivered if we had not eaten any of it. I told her, we had already waited one hour my husband was starving so he heated his up in the microwave. She had no other solution since some of the pizza had been eaten. This is my last time to do business here. Worst service ever! What a waste of money half got thrown in the trash.
